Energy Action Scotland offer a range of training courses suitable for people from a broad range of disciplines and various levels of expertise.
The length, cost and maximum class size for courses varies. Open access courses are usually held in our central Glasgow offices. EAS can also offer in-house training - please contact us for a quotation if you are interested in this option.
For further information on each course please use the links on the left-hand menu.
Dates and information regarding upcoming Training Courses can be found in our Events Diary
One of the benefits of EAS membership is that you are entitled to two discounted course places in total per membership year. Please refer to the individual course descriptions for details on costs as not all member courses attract a member discount. NB Discounts on courses do not apply to individual membership.
The Scottish Government provides two funding streams for organisations who wish to develop staff skills:
NB The current Flexible Training Opportunities (FTO) and the Low Carbon Skills Fund (LCSF) programmes ended on 31 March 2015. Applications for training that will be undertaken after that date cannot be accepted. The details of a new programme of funding from 1 April 015 to 31 March 2016 are being developed and once they have been agreed with the Scottish Government, Skills Development Scotland will be able to accept new applications. We will update this page once this has been announced.
