Working for Warm, Dry Homes
Energy Action Scotland (EAS) campaigns for an end to fuel poverty in Scotland and is the only national charity with this sole remit.
EAS aims to develop and promote effective solutions to the problem of cold, damp and expensive to heat homes.
The website has been designed and developed to allow diverse users the ability to easily source policy, research, press and project materials on the above.
Through the site we will keep you up to date with training, current issues, events and news.
Community Energy Action Awards – Applications Invited
The awards aim to acknowledge and highlight the significant contribution made to tackling fuel poverty by local communities and projects across Scotland.
Energy Action Scotland is running the Community Energy Action Awards scheme with support from Scottish Gas.
This new awards scheme is open to not-for-profit organisations who work with communities in Scotland to reduce fuel poverty, improve energy efficiency and make homes more affordable to keep warm.
Six awards of £1,500 are on offer to provide support and to help promote projects, allowing them to add value to existing activities. Projects receiving awards will also get one full delegate place at the EAS Annual Conference 2016.
