Energy Action Scotland is calling on the Chancellor of the Exchequer to use the extra VAT revenue generated by energy price rises to boost funding for programmes aimed at ending fuel poverty.  We are also asking Scottish Ministers to commit to using the extra funding exclusively for this purpose.
